Tim McGough, RLA, ASLA

Founder and Principal

Tim McGough graduated from the University of Idaho in 1984 with a B.S. in Landscape Architecture. In 1995 he co-founded The Stainton-McGough Group, which eventually became McGough Group in 2005. His vast experience in grading, drainage, site planning, hardscape design, horticulture and construction allows him to fully understand all phases of any project. Tim is a registered Landscape Architect in the State of Arizona and an active member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA).

Todd Wills, LAIT, ASLA

Senior Project Manager

Todd Wills graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture. Mr. Wills is in charge of project marketing and the integration of design and landscape architectural treatments for all project phases from preliminary design concepts through final construction documentation and currently serves as the Sr. Project Manager at McGough Group. He has over 15 years of experience in a wide range of projects including golf course communities, park and recreational facilities, commercial projects, and master-planned communities. He also works closely with municipalities, developers and landowners. Mr. Wills is currently studying and taking exams for his Landscape Architecture license and is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects.

Sam Winkel, LAIT, ASLA

Project Manager

Mr. Winkel graduated from Arizona State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture. His responsibilities include design from concept through final construction drawings on a wide variety of projects including, roadway improvements, master-planned communities, park and recreation planning, wastewater treatment facilities, commercial centers, residential subdivisions, and custom residences. Along with general project design and management, duties include planting design, construction detailing, irrigation design, cost estimates, and graphic renderings and design. Mr. Winkel is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
