Our full time planning staff prepares site plans for 1-acre retail pads to several hundred acre master plans. Services include concept planning, site planning, master planning, rezone and land-use exhibits, PAD booklets and project narratives.

Single-family development has always been a constant for the firm, with our experience covering the entire state for a variety of builders. The firm works on projects with less than 10 lots all the way up to several thousand lot subdivisions with multiple phases.

The counterpart to single-family development, multi-family projects have gained an equal share within the firm in recent years. With a very strong presence in the Build-For-Rent sector, the firm is well trained in the nuances of all multi-family development types.

The firm has a wide array of experience in commercial/retail developments, ranging from small fast food and retail pads, to self-storage campuses and onto larger commercial lots with multiple tenant pads. 

With the Phoenix area becoming an important location for logistics and tech, we have gained a lot of experience in large industrial projects like data centers, warehouses and trucking/logistics centers.

Having worked on several hotel and academic projects, the firm has learned to adapt and design to a variety of end users. This includes spaces for visitors that want to relax at a hotel/resort, to kids of all ages interacting with their school playgrounds and campuses.

As the valley ages, there are more outdated communities than new in many parts of town. Inevitably, plants slowly disappear and irrigation systems break down. The firm has a lot of experience working with HOAs to renovate the common landscape and amenities areas within older communities.

Due to the nature of Sonoran Desert plants and the slow growth habits, many of the native plant materials are protected by state law. Native plant inventory analysis is not only a way to conserve the desert during development, but has also become a city requirement that the firm is well versed in.

The firm works with a large variety of clients and consultants, big and small, on a wide variety of project types. The variety of work that is completed increases the knowledge and problem solving abilities across all projects. This provides the firm with the capability to consult and perform construction administration on all project types.
